This steamship was built for the Red Star Line in 1900 at Glasgow by John Brown & Co. Ltd. Served as a White Star Line ship 1910-1911 as a charter. Taken over by White Star Line in 1914. Renamed "Northland" 1915 and used as a troopship. Returned to Red Star Line service i 1920 and was renamed "Zeeland". In 1924 she was sold to the Atlantic Transport Line and renamed "Minnesota". Scrapped 1930. This image is from an old postcard.
