Inman Line steamship built 1874 at Greenock by Caird Co. This ship sailed with passengers on the route between Liverpool and New York from 1875 till 1893. The ship was built to carry 200 1st-class or saloon passengers and 1,500 emigrants or steerage passengers. In 1898 she was sold and renamed "Meade" (US Government).
