Beaver Line steamship built 1884 at Glasgow by John Elder and Co. and launched as the "Ems" for the Norddeutscher Lloyd. Taken over by Elder Dempster, renamed Lake Simcoe 1901 and placed in service for the Beaver Line between Liverpool - Quebec - Montreal. This image is fram an ols Glass slide.
