Ordering process and payment
You need to create an account to be able to order. After adding a product to the cart you can proceed to the checkout, or go back to add more products. You can pay with a Credit Card or from a PayPal account. All payments are processed through PayPal secure server. The images you purchase are without the watermarks.

Digital files
When the payment is received you will be able to download your files by clicking the download button in your account page. Some times it might take several minutes before the download links becomes available. This is due to a delayed response from PayPal's servers in notifying the store of the completed payment. The link will show up after you receive an e-mail with the subject: "Order Confirmation No:??". If you do not get the download link right away after checking out, wait for the order confirmation mail and log in to your account again after receiving it. Remember to save the file to your disk. Choose "Save to Disk" from the file download dialog box. The links will expire after 48 hours. If you have any problems please contact us, and we will help you out as soon as possible. If necessary we can send you the file as an attachment to an e-mail upon request. There are no returns offered for digital products.

Shipping
The paper copies are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks after the purchase, you should receive the images within about 3 weeks after the purchase. There is no extra charge for postage. The A6, A5 and A4 format copies are shipped in envelopes and protected with cardboard. The A3 format copies are shipped in a cardboard cylinder. We always send as first class priority mail. The copies are shipped from Norway.

CDs are shipped within a few days, and should be received within 1-2 weeks.
