How to download
This is a fast an easy guide to use if you should find it difficult to figure out how to access the digital files you ordered.Step by step download guide:
At the top of the Heritage-Ships web page you will see a brown bar, and there you will see a link saying "Log In"
1. Click that link
2. Near the top of the next page see "Returning Customers": Log in with your e-mail address and password
3. After logging in you will see a link in the brown top bar saying "My Account", click it
4. Select your order and click the download button
5. Save the file
How to download if you do not remember the password:

2. Click the link saying "forgot your password?"
3. When you have established the password, go to "Log in" again
4. Near the top of the next page see "Returning Customers": Log in with your e-mail address and password
5. After logging in you will see a link in the brown top bar saying "My Account", click it
6. Select your order and click the download button
7. Save the file
What do I do if I can't download the file?
Make contact and we will reactivate the download link again if that is the problem, or we can send you the file by e-mail.
You need to make sure that the e-mail from Heritage-Ships does not get stopped by your spam filter. We always answer e-emails, if you do not get the answer it is because it could not be delivered to you for some reason. Please check your settings or spam folder.
