White Star Line steamship built 1883 at Belfast by Harland & Wolff. She was built for the New Zealand trade and served on the White Star - Shaw Savill joint service. Charter for the Occidental and Oriental Steamship Company from 1896. Purchased by the Pacific Mail Steamship Company 1906 and renamed Asia. This image is from an old photo postcard.
