Wieland

Hamburg America Line steamship built 1874 at Glasgow by Alexander Stephen & Sons. This image is from an old booklet published 1876, the ship was rebuilt in 1882, and a second funnel was then added. The Wieland mainly sailed with emigrants and other passengers between Hamburg and New York. On this image she is seen at the Hamburg America Line dock in Hoboken.
