Colombo

Navigazione Generale Italiana (N.G.I.) Line steamship built 1915 by Palmers Co Ltd. at Jarrow-on-Tyne as the "San Gennaro" for Sicula Americana. The ship was taken over by the N.G.I. in 1921 and was renamed "Colombo". She was then placed on the Naples - New York service. This image is from an old postcard.
