Transatlantica Italiana Line steamship built 1922 by G. Ansaldo & Co. at Sestri Ponente. Destroyed by an explosion aboard while in the harbor of Massaua, Eritrea in December 1936. 26 people were killed and about 100 were injured. This image is from an old postcard.
